Incredible Week at Mandavilla

We stayed in the bottom unit which is spacious, clean and well appointed with plenty of towels (bath and beach), snorkel and floatation toys. The house is located in a great location. Very close to downtown but also high up with extraordinary views. Management was very responsive when we had questions. We can’t wait to get back for another visit.

Our go-to place to stay on STJ!

This was our second time staying at Mandavilla. Last time we stayed on the lower level with one other couple, and this time we stayed in the upper level. It’s such a great location - just down the road from everything in Cruz Bay. We appreciated the parking spaces and easy access in and out of the place. Beautiful views, great patio, and private pool. Check-in was easy and owners were very responsive when we had questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We also appreciated and took advantage of the basket of extras, including bug spray, itch cream, aloe, and more! We also took advantage of the beach and pool supplies (chairs, floaties, goggles and snorkels, etc.). Will be booking them again for our next stay! Thank you!

Great Stay, miss it already

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this place. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, and having beach chairs, beach towels snorkel equipment available was such a pleasant surprise. Villa is clean and stocked with everything you need. We stayed in the upper level for 3 nights and hope to be back. Highly recommended!

Great week at Mandavilla!

We really enjoyed our stay. The patio area was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and spent many evenings out there enjoying the view. The house is everything that you need for a successful vacation - well appointed and clean. Our hosts were awesome. They responded to all of our questions and provided us with tips about our stay. And the location is great, it so close to Cruz Bay.

The view and outdoor living space were amazing! Furniture and decor were nice and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great location...easy ride into Cruz Bay and about 15-20 to some of the best beaches I've ever been to (Maho, Trunk, Cinnamon). Great communication with Emily, Matthew and Ruth, and, while we only needed it for a couple hours one day, the generator is a huge bonus. Loved the villa and would go back in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing!

We spent a week at Mandavilla and honestly didn’t want to leave. The views are beautiful! Watching the sunset from the pool was our favorite part. The villa is super clean and cozy, with everything we needed. Emily was really helpful and gave us great local tips. Honestly 10/10. Can’t wait to be back!

We spent 9 wonderful days in this spectacular villa! The outside terrace and pool area views are hard to beat! Emily and Matthew were great and responded quickly, whenever we had a question. We absolutely loved our stay and have already talked about when to return. I would highly recommend Mandavilla!

Great Stay

Spent a wonderful two weeks at Mandavilla. This is an excellent property. Emily was extremely helpful from the start. Mathew responded immediately for anything we needed which wasn't much. Housekeeping did an outstanding job on the mid-stay cleaning. Woke up to gorgeous rainbows and breathtaking sunsets. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to return.

Perfect

Travelled with friends for a girls trip. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision. Matthew was super nice and accommodating. Having the whole house gen during the scheduled outages was such a bonus! The view was gorgeous and we spent our home time out on the porch. The kitchen was well appointed and we found everything we needed. My only negatives: the sheets on one of the beds were really pilly and uncomfortable. We found extra sheets in a closet and changed them out and then it was fine. The dishwasher is old and very hard to use, the trays don’t have wheels and won't roll in or out. (Neither of these is a dealbreaker, just something to note) We would 100% stay here again!

Thank you for your review, Rebecca!  I’m so glad you guys had a fabulous girls trip.  I’m sorry to hear about the sheets. I was just there 4 weeks ago and brought 4 new sets of sheets.  I will certainly speak with Cleaner and see what happened to those. Yes, dishwasher has been a problem for a while. The developer, unfortunately mapped out the plumbing and electrical lines behind the sink. And the dishwasher is custom built. They do not build that model anymore. We are currently trying to plan a kitchen renovation and move the dishwasher to the left-hand side.  But it’s taking some time to collect the funds for a bigger expense like this.  So unfortunately, we are stuck with the dishwasher for one more season. But this is on our list of repairs coming up very soon. I’m so happy to hear you will come back and stay with us!
